When in Doubt, Chalk

After yesterday's feelings of grumpiness, I decided the best way to counteract Gus's present attitude was to get out and do something with him.  And by out, I mean the driveway.  One of the few times he's been able to watch Bob the Builder (on library video loan) the kids in one segment were making roads with sidewalk chalk for their trucks to drive down.  Gus was enthralled, and since we have sidewalk chalk, I decided it was time to head out.

You can see I hit all the hot spots, including Walmart, Target, the grocery stores, Grandma's house, our house, and the park.

Our gorgeous countertop came yesterday so I hope to have photos for you tomorrow!
