It Snowed

So, it snowed a little last night.  The fifth photo down is the car, in case you were wondering.

How are you faring?

  1. Live me a good winter storm but that's a bit much! Even if the roads weren't closed I don't think you would be going anywhere.

  2. We got a lot of snow overnight in Upstate NY but not as much as you did! Posted on my blog about the snow too! I am staying inside in my bed with my computer!

  3. I think we got about the same amount (just south of Boston). My poor husband has been outside most of the day freeing our car and clearing the driveway! I'm so thankful we didn't lose power :)

  4. Just a little? lol, We never get it that bad here, haven't had snow in a bit actually. We normally get a big pile every February, but it came early this year. Still, it's typically just a foot or so. Couldn't imagine having more than a foot & half of snow let alone 27 inches! Must take forever that all to melt away. I recall a storm that left nearly 2 feet of snow a couple years ago, there were still piles of the stuff here & there in May.

  5. Wow! We've had more snow in Ohio this year than we did last year, but nowhere near what you just got!

  7. Oh I'm so thankful it missed us this time. I hope you guys didn't lose power! It must be fun for the little ones. Think of the giant snowman you could build! Actually you could probably build him a snow house to live in too. :)

  8. WOW that's a lot of snow! Was it really 27" or was that the snow drifts?

Hopefully your kids will have fun in it.

  9. Wow, understatement of the year! That's crazy! We've had rain and some lightening last night...just crazy weather lately!

  10. It was quite a blizzard once it got going. Never lost power, fire still going, lots of pretty white stuff. Hoping their wrong about 'rain' here tomorrow because that will sure make a damn mess.

Probably took your husband an hour just to dig the car out.
